03Who to send
Who makes a good fit
You probably already know someone. A business owner or leader who is:
- Drowning in spreadsheets and manual work
- Complaining about outdated or clunky software
- Watching their team waste hours on tasks that should be automatic
- Frustrated that their systems do not talk to each other
- Wishing they had a customer portal or a mobile app
- Growing fast and ready to invest in technology to scale
04The money
How it works
- Step 1
Make the introduction
A short text connecting you, Tyson, and them is all it takes.
- Step 2
We treat them right
Tyson handles the conversation himself. Friendly, no pressure. If Optima is not the fit, they still leave with a useful pointer.
- Step 3
You get rewarded
If they become a client, you earn a commission on what Optima collects from them in their first year.
How $25,000 is earned
You receive 5% of everything Optima collects from that client in their first year, up to $25,000 per introduction.
- Their first-year spend (example)
- $350,000
- Your share
- × 5%
- You earn
- $17,500
An illustration of how the commission is calculated, not a promise of a particular project size.
- Paid quarterly
- No paperwork to take part
- $0 if they do not become a client
- No limit on introductions

Toand Tyson
Hey , I am throwing you in a group chat with Tyson. He runs Optima Web Solutions and they build custom software. I thought you two would be a good connection. I will let you two take it from here. Thanks, .
Opens a group text with you, them, and Tyson. You send it.
As you fill in the note, we keep a record of the names you enter (and, on a phone, their mobile) so we can credit you. Making an introduction does not create an agreement or any obligation to pay. If someone you introduce becomes an Optima client, we will send you a referral agreement and a tax form (W-9 in the US, W-8BEN elsewhere). Commission is only payable once that agreement is signed, and its terms govern. We will contact you using the details from your introduction, making at least three attempts over 90 days from the client’s first payment to Optima. If we cannot reach you, or the agreement is not signed within that period, no commission is payable for that client. Commission is based on revenue Optima actually collects, less any refunds. Credit goes to the first person to introduce a given client. People who are already clients or already in conversation with Optima are not eligible. Optima decides which clients it takes on. You are responsible for taxes on any commission, and for telling your employer or clients if your role or professional rules require it. Referral partners are not employees or agents of Optima and cannot make commitments on its behalf. Optima may change or end this program at any time. Changes do not affect agreements already signed.
