Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across various social media channels.
  • Interact with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster genuine connections with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess content effectiveness, engagement trends, and audience growth.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and social media developments, incorporating relevant strategies into content plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft engaging and visually appealing social media content, understanding platform-specific best practices.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with online audiences, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.
  • Commitment to maintaining brand consistency and effectively translating brand values into social media content.
  • Proficient in creating concise, engaging, and persuasive copy for social media captions and posts.
  • Familiarity with basic design principles and tools for creating eye-catching visual content.
  • Residing outside the United States, bringing a diverse perspective and contributing to a global team environment.
  • Fluent in the English language, enabling clear communication and collaboration across international teams and with English-speaking clients.
  • Reliable and consistent internet connection suitable for participation in regular video chats and remote collaboration.
